Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Tedcons Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

Work Environment:

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Willing to relocate
