Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Tedcons Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and efficiency.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support warehouse operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Willingness to relocate to support business needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
