Key Responsibilities- Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment with a recognized employer
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
- Ability to work 32 to 35 hours per week
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of government programs and initiatives
