**About Dyson Canada**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our team in downtown Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional to support the Commercial Business Team as a business partner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, planning, and analysis to drive business growth. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Director to accurately report and control financials for the respective business unit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the Business Director to develop annual targets by customer within channels;
  • Leading the support analysis and financial impact of key strategies and initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities;
  • Analyzing monthly business financial results by category for all related business unit channels and issuing required reports, analysis, and reconciliation;
  • Supporting the Building Blocks process for the business unit and developing projected full P&L;
  • Reporting, tracking, and identifying risks and opportunities for Budgets related to Promotion, Gross Margin, Over Heads, and other costs;
  • Preparing, commenting, and sharing monthly P&L results with the Business Director and Finance Director;
  • Understanding effective controls or mitigation options to manage specific risks and referring to experts where appropriate;
  • Identifying process and cost optimization opportunities across the business;

**About You**

We are looking for a collaborative professional who has:

  • A university degree with a finance or accounting concentration;
  • 4+ years of solid experience in financial analysis and business partnering with marketing and/or sales departments in a CPG or Technology company;
  • Advanced analytical skills in MS Excel and SAP;
  • A proven understanding of commercial finance;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • The ability to build strong relationships across the business;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
  • The ability to find process improvements and efficiencies;
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Creative problem-solving skills;

**Compensation & Benefits**

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
