Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
