About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Portfolio Manager to support our Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead in coordinating strategic portfolio planning and implementation.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in portfolio management methodologies, project management, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead to develop and implement strategic portfolio planning frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms, including dashboards, to track portfolio performance.
  • Perform day-to-day portfolio activities, including monitoring progress, budgets, and schedules of initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and maintain communication plans and calendars to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio management methodologies and experience in project management.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, Planview Modules, and Azure DevOps.

Assets
  • Power BI and other reporting skills.
