About the Role

The Associate Portfolio Manager will support the Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead in coordinating strategic portfolio planning, developing criteria for evaluation and proposals, and establishing reporting mechanisms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of portfolio management methodologies, and experience with Agile methodology, Planview Modules, and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead to coordinate strategic portfolio planning.
  • Develop criteria for evaluation and proposals.
  • Establish reporting mechanisms, including dashboards.
  • Perform day-to-day portfolio activities.
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules of initiatives and projects.
  • Establish a communication plan and calendar.
Requirements
  • Support the Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead in maturing strategic portfolio planning frameworks.
  • Establish guiding principles and procedures for the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of portfolio management methodologies, and experience with Agile methodology, Planview Modules, and Azure DevOps. Additionally, they will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders in areas of Finance, Risk Management, and Insurance.
