About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Portfolio Manager to support our Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead in coordinating strategic portfolio planning and implementation.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead to develop and implement portfolio planning frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication plans and calendars.
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules of initiatives and projects.
  • Support the development of guiding principles and procedures for the portfolio.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio management methodologies and experience in SQL programming.
  • Ability to manage portfolio activities to meet goals and objectives.
  • Preferred certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP).
  • Experience with Agile methodology, Planview Modules, and Azure DevOps.
Assets
  • Power BI and other reporting skills.
