About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Portfolio Manager to support our Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead in coordinating strategic portfolio planning and implementation.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead to develop and implement strategic portfolio planning frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms, including dashboards, to track portfolio performance.
  • Perform day-to-day portfolio activities, including monitoring progress, budgets, and schedules of initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and maintain communication plans and calendars to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of portfolio management methodologies and principles.
  • Ability to manage portfolio activities to meet goals and objectives.
  • Preferred certification in project management (PMP) or portfolio management (PfMP).
  • Experience with Agile methodology, Planview Modules, and Azure DevOps.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information.
  • Experience with SQL programming and ETL development.
  • Knowledge of data quality, metadata management, and master data management.
