Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Alberta LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food prepared meets established quality standards, including taste, presentation, and food safety.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment:
