As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with technology teams across Capital Markets to understand their business needs, use-cases, datasets, and analytical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and partner with QTS application teams to understand their analytical use-cases and business goals
  • Facilitate information gathering sessions to gather requirements and document them
  • Partner with platform engineering teams to ensure technical capabilities and data requirements are well understood
  • Analyze incoming data sets and develop detailed requirements around sourcing solutions
  • Communicate with senior stakeholders to validate requirements and analysis
Requirements
  • Strong business domain understanding of Financial Services/ Capital Markets
  • Excellent data analysis and solid background dealing with complex software products
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities
  • Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies
