About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our National HR Service Delivery Centre. As a National HR Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of standardized transactional, operational, and consultative HR services across Canada. You will lead a team of professionals to provide seamless support to internal clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the effective and efficient delivery of support to all KPMG employees, Partners, retirees, and former employees on questions related to National HR Policies and Programs via various communication channels.
  • Participate in the coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HR Service Delivery Centre operations and services.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and serve as the first escalation point to provide guidance to the HR Service Delivery team.
  • Be accountable for delivering customer and client-focused service excellence by engaging in active listening and delivering the highest level of professionalism in every interaction.
  • Provide leadership and daily performance management and coaching to the HR Service Delivery team.
  • Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including regular updates to senior management.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $76,500 to $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Bonus awards may be eligible based on individual performance.
