Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top candidates in the market.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing plans to meet their requirements.
  • Utilize a range of recruitment tools and techniques, including job boards, social media, employee referral programs, and internet searches, to source high-quality candidates.
  • Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion in the recruitment process.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to identify the best fit for the role and client organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activity.
  • Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools to meet future recruitment needs.
  • Develop and implement candidate information initiatives, such as candidate newsletters and marketing campaigns, to enhance the candidate experience.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in a similar industry or function.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and plans.
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including Boolean search logic and social media platforms.
  • Strong industry knowledge and ability to recruit against multiple functions and industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
