Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Namaha Transport Services Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and coordinating the selection process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing needs and develop strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and post job advertisements, including job descriptions and requirements
  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications, including resumes and cover letters
  • Coordinate interviews and selection processes, including scheduling and follow-up
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other recruitment sources
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
