Occupational Therapist Job Summary

SE Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, formulating goals and recommendations, and planning and implementing client-centered treatment programs. They will also work collaboratively with rehabilitation assistants and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and be a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. You should also possess recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge of community resources and effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. A positive work and attendance record is essential.
