The Executive Support Professional plays a vital role in facilitating the success of senior-level executives, providing administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This dynamic individual will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, and handling correspondence on behalf of the executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to the executive, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the executive and various stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, booking flights, hotels, and rental cars as needed.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as event planning, presentations, and reports, as assigned by the executive.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Skill Set: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
