About the Role

The Operations Associate plays a critical role in the store team, focusing on driving profitability and efficiency at Startops.

  1. Execute inventory management processes and investigate inventory accuracy issues to optimize store operations.
  2. Support various operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and supply management to ensure seamless store operations.
  3. Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor, ensuring a cohesive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
  4. Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and maximize sales.
  2. Collaborate with the store team to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, improving overall store performance.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments, returns, and exchanges to maintain a smooth sales floor experience.
  4. Contribute to the development and maintenance of strong visual standards, including merchandise displays and store fixtures.
Requirements
  1. At least 1 year of experience in a client-centric, sales, and operational environment, preferably in retail or a related field.
  2. Strong passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences, with a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  3. Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to the company's values.
  4. Physical capability to perform constant movement in and around the store, including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
