Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to join our team at Crédit Agricole Group. The successful candidate will provide project management support to the Finance Division, assist in the definition of needs, follow up on implementation plans, and coordinate testing on IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support and represent Finance users in projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Develop and maintain financial applications using MS Office, SQL, VBA, and Python, under the direction of the Head of Projects & Administration.
  3. Provide application support to Financial Division applications, including Oracle Financials, Leasequery, and Business Objects.
  4. Perform application testing and write documentation on financial applications supported or developed.
  5. Update the data referential in Oracle Financial and close monthly periods in coordination with the accounting department.
  6. Assist as administrator the procurement tool for the Americas.

Management and Reporting

The Financial Operations Associate will report to the Head of Projects and Administration, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
