About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Municipal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering services to our municipal clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Civil Engineers and project team members to deliver integrated project solutions.
  • Prepare preliminary and final designs for road reconstruction and infrastructure renewal projects, including stormwater management systems, culverts, watermains, sanitary and storm sewers, and grading.
  • Coordinate approvals, tender documents, cost estimating, contract documents, and reports, including sealing documents.
  • Prepare and edit AutoCAD and Civil 3D design drawings as required.
  • Provide engineering and contract administration services for municipal projects, including site development, roads, watermains, sanitary and storm sewer systems, and other related infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in municipal engineering, with consultancy experience preferred.
  • Valid P. Eng. designation in the province of Ontario.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with meeting timelines and budgets, proposal writing, client development, and other relevant skills.
  • Proven capabilities in writing reports and technical documents.
  • Superior English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Valid driver's license.
