Overview

The i tec group, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our Canadian office's technology operations.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

In this challenging role, you will manage all aspects of IT operations, including infrastructure and application support, system integration, CRM solutions, telecom network administration, and project management functions.

Your key accountabilities include:

  • Developing and managing cross-functional IT projects and infrastructure initiatives;
  • Maintaining and supporting IT systems;
  • Protecting and managing IT assets;
  • Leading the creation of a cohesive infrastructure support team;
  • Collaborating on the co-creation and implementation of new IT strategies, plans, and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 7+ years of IT experience;
  • 2+ years of team lead or management experience;
  • Experience working with ERP and EDI systems and understanding of factory production systems;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Above-average communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
