Farm Supervisor Job Description

T&R Brar farm Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and harvesting labourers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Organize and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to achieve production goals.
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed at all times.
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure high-quality produce.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced farm environment.
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
