We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Farm Supervisor to join our team at T&R Brar farm Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient farm operations.
- Organize and oversee the activities of farm workers and harvesting labourers to achieve production goals.
- Maintain accurate financial and production records to inform decision-making.
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed to protect employees and the environment.
- Supervise and coordinate crop-related operations, including growing and harvesting.
- 3-4 years of experience in farm management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced farm environment with a dynamic team. The position requires a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
