Mayers Care is seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
  • Assisting with meal preparation and serving
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents
  • Assisting with mobility and transferring residents as needed
  • Providing basic first aid and responding to emergencies

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting

Work Environment

  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
