- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and timing.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-care.
- Valid RPN license in Canada.
- Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
