Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of banquet staff to ensure seamless event execution
  • Develop and implement effective banquet operations procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the Conference Services team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor our services to meet their expectations
  • Manage banquet budgets, inventory, and supplies to ensure optimal resource utilization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our services
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet management or a related field
  • Post-secondary degree in hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
