Job Title: General Farm Worker

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit General Farm Worker to join our team at Yen Wo Enterprise Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop cultivation, harvesting, and farm maintenance. This is a seasonal position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting
  • Perform general farm duties
  • Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
  • Hand harvesting vegetables
Requirements:
  • Experience an asset

  • Heures de travail: 42 to 72 hours per week
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including dusty, hot, and wet environments. The position also requires standing for extended periods, walking, and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
