Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Laborer to join our team at Yen Wo Enterprise Inc. As a key member of our farm operations team, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, as well as operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
  • Perform general farm duties
  • Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
  • Hand harvesting vegetables

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding work
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Hand-eye co-ordination
  • Overtime required
  • Standing for extended periods
