Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at SaveMax Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our recruitment team and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training and development programs for employees, including onboarding, compliance training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement, recognition, and rewards programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment standards, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
