Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at SaveMax Staffing Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Recruitment and Training: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage training and development programs, and advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Payroll and Inventory: Oversee payroll administration and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, and a team player.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and human resources software.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Suitability:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, and a team player.
Benefits:
