Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at East Side Mario's. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen and ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure accurate tracking and ordering.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 42 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
