We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team at BC Cancer. As a Medical Oncologist, you will play a critical role in providing quality cancer care to our patients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that will primarily treat lung/head & neck and/or GI malignancies. The ideal candidate will have experience in the management of these tumor sites and a strong research background.

You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients. This includes developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting research, and teaching postgraduate trainees and undergraduate medical students.

Requirements
  • Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of British Columbia
  • Certificate of Special Competence in Medical Oncology from the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada
  • Eligibility for a clinical appointment in the Division of Medical Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the University of British Columbia
