Job Title: Medical Oncologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team at BC Cancer. As a Medical Oncologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cancer care to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive cancer care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in medical oncology and incorporate them into your practice
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • MD or equivalent degree
  • Completion of a residency program in internal medicine and a fellowship program in medical oncology
  • Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
