About the Role

The Crew Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that all interior and exterior surfaces are properly prepared, painted, and finished to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Clean and sand surfaces to be painted, repair cracks and holes, and ensure a smooth finish.
  • Paint Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
  • Color Consultation: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings to ensure a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing finish.
  • Scaffolding and Rigging: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as required.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, and that all surfaces are properly finished and protected.
