About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team at GM7 Renovations And Basement Development Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Finish Surfaces
    • Ensure all surfaces are properly cleaned and prepared for painting
    • Apply paint and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Repair and Maintenance
    • Repair cracks and holes in walls and surfaces
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure surfaces remain in good condition
  • Colour Consultation and Advice
    • Advise clients on colour choices and wall coverings
    • Assist clients in selecting the perfect colour scheme for their space
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a variety of locations, including residential and commercial settings
    • Be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
    • Work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Personal Qualities and Experience
    • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in painting and decorating
    • Be reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
    • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
