Painter and Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at Balkan Painting and Renovations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and clean surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Repair cracks and holes in walls and surfaces, restoring them to their original condition.
- Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces, achieving the desired colour and texture.
- Provide expert advice to clients on colour selection and wall coverings, ensuring they achieve their desired look.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in painting and decorating, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colours.
- Strong client focus, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
Our team works in various locations, providing painting and decorating services to clients across the region. As a Painter and Decorator, you will be required to work independently and as part of a team, using your skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results.
