Business Systems Analyst - Personalization

Finance Professionals Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst - Personalization to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in partnering with engineering groups, gathering requirements, and contributing to solution design for the personalization domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring accurate implementation of business needs during the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance system functionality.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional and technical specifications, user stories, and system design documents.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives and facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to business users during software implementation, training, and post-implementation phases.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • 2+ years of experience with Personalization, Offer Management, Campaigns, and Leads, overall Banking processes, products, and systems, with knowledge of core banking platforms and financial instruments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and performing business process analysis.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
  • Experience with Adobe AEP – intermediate skills.
  • Banking/FI experience.
