At Rogers Communications, our Technology team is dedicated to connecting Canadians to the people and things that matter most. As a Senior Network Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of multiple CAPEX and OPEX network-related activities in the Wireline side of the company in Atlantic Canada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution management of large, complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously on-time, within scope, and on budget, in a fluid fast-paced environment. This includes directing the implementation, execution, and closure of projects dealing with wireline uplift services, network adds, and augmentations.

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Managing project cost estimating, budgeting, and control activities to meet budgetary objectives
  • Building strong collaborative relationships with project sponsors and network stakeholders to successfully deliver project milestones
  • Proactively monitoring, tracking, and controlling project outcomes by mitigating risks and resolving issues to ensure overall business readiness of the solution

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Post-secondary education with an engineering degree or 2-year technology diploma
  • 4+ years of project management or coordination experience delivering large, complex projects, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • PMP Certification is an asset
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, Oracle, and PowerPoint
