Cybersecurity Asset Portfolio Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Asset Portfolio Leader to join our team at EightSix Network. As a leader in the Cybersecurity - Data Protection team, you will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary IT team and overseeing the development, support, and evolution of the IT ecosystem for our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of around fifteen people, including Analysts, Developers, PO, and Scrum master.
- Be in charge of the development, support, and evolution of the IT ecosystem for our solutions.
- Collaborate with other IT manager colleagues and participate in the implementation of transformation projects in the IT sector.
- Participate in the evolution of the Agile transformation of your new team.
About the Team
You will be part of a team of just over 35 colleagues, reporting to Eric Chabot, Senior Director of the Data Protection Portfolio within Delivery and Integration in cybersecurity. Our team stands out for its specialized expertise in DLP and Cryptography, its delivery precision, and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity or other diploma.
- Several years of relevant experience in IT asset management in high availability on cloud computing platforms.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary IT teams and business lines.
- Recognized for your communicative talent and ability to influence at all hierarchical levels.
- Relevant experience with working in Agile mode (SAFe) and the DevSecOps approach.
