About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Leader to join our team at EightSix Network. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for leading our cryptography-related asset portfolio, ensuring the security and operational risks are minimized, and supporting an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a multidisciplinary IT team of around fifteen people, including Analysts, Developers, PO, and Scrum master.
- Develop, support, and evolve the IT ecosystem of solutions for which you are responsible, as well as initiatives related to data protection applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with other IT manager colleagues and participate in the implementation of transformation projects in the IT sector.
- Participate in the evolution of the Agile transformation of your new team.
About the Team
You will be part of a team of just over 35 colleagues in the Cybersecurity - Data Protection - Cryptography sector, reporting to Eric Chabot, Senior Director of the Data Protection Portfolio within Delivery and Integration in cybersecurity.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity or other diploma and several years of relevant experience.
- Experience and knowledge in IT asset management in high availability on cloud computing platforms.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary IT teams and business lines.
- Recognized for your communicative talent and ability to influence at all hierarchical levels.
- Relevant experience with working in Agile mode (SAFe) and the DevSecOps approach.
