We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Support Associate to join our team at Super Value Home Services. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a minimum of 35 hours per week.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as relocation assistance and a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Team Operations: Ensure seamless communication among team members and stakeholders by maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Schedule Appointments: Arrange meetings and appointments with clients and internal teams while considering multiple time zones and schedules.
  • Manage Information Systems: Develop, maintain, and update manual and computerized filing systems to ensure efficient access to important documents.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word). Additionally, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in your approach.
