About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Support Professional to join our team at Immigrate in Kamloops, BC. As an integral part of our organization, you will provide high-level administrative support to our employer, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative assistance to our employer. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative Support: Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, and reports from AI dictation and handwritten copy.
  • Mail and Information Management: Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail, and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
  • Scheduling and Travel: Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of our employer, and arrange travel schedules and make reservations.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and orientate new workers in procedures and the use of current software.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone and electronic enquiries, relay telephone calls and messages, and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Computer Skills: Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ensuring efficient resolution of administrative challenges.
