Job Opportunity: Raw Materials Sample Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Raw Materials Sample Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our Raw Materials Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' sampling processes and sample yardage delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate and finalize raw materials seasonal and off-season sample orders for fabrics and trims through the product lifecycle.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials for sample development.
  • Support cross-functional sampling initiatives and collaborate with the Raw Materials Sample Lead to execute solutions to complex issues.
  • Document and update relevant Sample Yardage Processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and team information.
Requirements:
  • Experience or education in product development, textiles, order management, inventory management, or logistics is preferred.
  • An organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to think methodically and sequentially when creating or following processes.
