Job Title: Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people to ensure the smooth operation of our food services department.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient and effective food service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure that their needs are met.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure that we are operating within our means.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food services management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
