Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Banking Advisor to join our team. As an Account Development Manager, you'll adopt a client-centric approach to provide personalized banking solutions and advice. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs and offering tailored services to meet those needs.

About the Role
  • Provide expert advice on personal and small business financial matters, including transaction, investment, and insurance needs.
  • Analyze clients' financial situations to identify opportunities for growth and recommend relevant products and services.
  • Develop and implement customized plans to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business). Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
