About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will have the opportunity to live your ambitions and make a positive impact on the lives of your clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • With your analytical skills and friendly approach, you will offer a people-centric experience for branch clients.
  • You will be responsible for giving advice and offering appropriate solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance and estate planning needs.
  • Your role will also involve supporting clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement, and referring clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  • You will be required to ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Requirements
  • You must hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • You should have advisory service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
