As a key member of our communications and best practices team, you will serve as a subject matter expert and specialist, providing guidance and support to project teams. Your expertise in group insurance will be instrumental in designing, supervising, and completing strategic projects. You will contribute to project deliverables, help identify project needs, impacts, and solutions, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Your role will involve interacting with various stakeholders, serving as an expert advisor, and supporting business development managers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and support to project teams during the start-up and feasibility phases of projects.
  • Identifying, defining, analyzing, and documenting project needs, and reviewing stakeholder needs, benefits, constraints, or business opportunities.
  • Designing business solutions and implementation strategies to meet client needs and ensure deliverables reflect business strategies, meet quality standards, and are completed on time.
  • Developing solutions and preparing communication and training strategies.
  • Drafting and validating documentation and training material, as required.
  • Identifying, developing, and proposing solutions throughout projects.
  • Validating positions with managers.
  • Serving as a resource person and trainer for business development colleagues.
  • Analyzing client business situations, modeling, and documenting business processes.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum four years of relevant experience in group insurance.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools.
  • Knowledge of group insurance.
