Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our overall strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Initiative Development: Support the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives, including hypothesis formulation, comprehensive research, data-driven analysis, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of AI trends, ecosystems, and emerging opportunities, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data from various sources.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders, including academic community members, AI scientists, and industry partners, to gather data, identify untapped opportunities, and test new ideas.
  • Presentations and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive presentations for senior management, showcasing analytical findings and insightful recommendations to facilitate informed discussions and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to convert data/information into actionable insights and solutions.
  • Collaborative Approach: Excellent problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to maintain a positive and constructive outlook while providing thoughtful critical analysis in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in crafting insightful presentations with PowerPoint/Google Slide.
  • Project Management: Good project management capabilities, including working with cross-functional teams.
  • Bilingualism: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
Profile Sought
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: In consulting, strategic planning, or related fields.
  • Education: Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, technology, innovation, or relevant disciplines.
  • AI Experience: Previous experience in AI or technology sectors is an asset.
