Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and partner to leadership teams across Technology, Product, and Operations functions. As a key member of our HR team, you will drive HR initiatives that align with business goals, focusing on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Technology, Product, and Operations, providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process for the Technology, Product, and Operations teams, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • HR Programs and Initiatives: Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to address challenges within the Technology, Product, and Operations functions.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay current with industry best practices and trends, integrating them into the HR strategy where applicable.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader HR team and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting Technology, Product, or Operations functions.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
