Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Advisor to join our team at Desjardins Group. As a senior audit, inspection, and internal audit expert, you will play a key role in ensuring the regularity of financial statements and providing assurance on the level of control over operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients and partners on strategic project and initiative development, execution, and monitoring.
  • Develop and update policies, standards, models, and programs to support strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Identify, analyze, diagnose, and address major issues, making recommendations to decision-making bodies.
  • Represent the unit before senior management committees and decision-making bodies.
  • Negotiate on behalf of Desjardins and enter into agreements with external partners and organizations.
