Business Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Quintegra Resourcing Inc. As a senior sales professional, you will play a key role in expanding our managed IT services in the Toronto area.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales funnel. This includes driving growth in managed IT services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, network support, and IT consulting.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities using proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Present proposals and close deals with a consultative approach, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales performance.
- Develop long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted IT advisor.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through disciplined sales planning and execution.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A proven sales background with five years of B2B experience, preferably in the professional services, IT services, software, or MSP industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and IT leaders.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and service teams.
- Passion for technology and a commitment to continually improving your knowledge of the IT landscape.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong track record in closing complex services deals and achieving sales quotas.
- Knowledge of IT services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and network management.
